Introducing Jen's Online Workouts

Welcome to the online workout series by Jen Coppock, available to view on the Jen Coppock website or YouTube. These workouts are designed to cater to all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Here’s a breakdown of the levels:

Level 1: Starting Strong Perfect for those new to strength training or beginning while on weight loss medications like Ozempic or Mounjaro. Focuses on staying in one position (standing or sitting) and using super light weights. The goal is to build strength steadily and consistently with small, achievable wins in a short amount of time.

Level 2: On a Roll The next step up from Level 1, this series introduces more dynamic movements and slightly increased intensity. It’s designed to build on the foundation you’ve established, with more varied exercises and slightly longer sessions.

Level 3: Powering On For those ready to take it up a notch, Level 3 offers more challenging workouts with reduced rest periods. These sessions aim to further increase your strength and endurance, providing a more intense and rewarding fitness experience.

Level 4: Athlete Mode Our most advanced level, coming soon after completing the first three. These sessions are designed for those looking to push their limits with high-intensity workouts that mimic athletic training routines. Stay tuned for the release of these sessions.
