I’m Jen Coppock, your triathlon biomechanics coach, and I’m excited to announce that I’m currently accepting a limited number of athletes for 1:1 coaching. My aim is to help you train smarter, perform better, and stay injury-free.

Coaching is about much more than a simple training plan. It’s about creating a fully tailored approach that fits into your life, builds on your strengths, and addresses areas for improvement. I focus on biomechanics, injury prevention, and performance enhancement to ensure you’re not just working hard, but working efficiently.

Biomechanics & Injury Prevention:
With my background in biomechanics and sports injury prevention, I’ll ensure that your plan includes exercises and movements that keep you strong and injury-free. This is particularly important if you’ve struggled with injuries in the past or are prone to certain issues.

Regular Check-ins and Accountability:
For athletes on basic plans, I’ll monitor your existing training plan, keeping you accountable and making sure you’re staying on track. We’ll have regular check-ins, either weekly or fortnightly, via calls or video chats. This ensures that you have the guidance and motivation you need to stay committed and see real progress.

Advanced Support with Premium Plans:
For athletes on premium plans, I offer in-depth video assessments of your technique, with a focus on gait analysis, biomechanics, and movement efficiency. While face-to-face assessments are ideal, I can also perform limited tests online. These assessments allow us to refine your technique and reduce the risk of injury. Your plan will be fully customised and updated two weeks in advance, and I’ll provide education on why you’re doing each session, helping you understand how every aspect of your training contributes to your overall goals. If life throws you off track, we’ll adapt the plan to make sure you’re always moving forward.
